Meet Terrell Fit

I became a personal trainer at the age of 22. I’ve always had a love for fitness and a passion for helping people. Becoming a trainer allowed me to do both and earn a living all at one. As a trainer, nutrition and eating properly is a topic of almost every conversation so it’s only natural that I became more educated, which eventually led to me learning how to cook. This skill set landed me long list of new clients, many with very interesting lives so the ahkq is my way of highlighting food, fitness and interesting people.

Definitely not. Thus road has had many bumps and curves. Becoming an entrepreneur sounds like so much fun until you realize how much work goes into it. Imagine going inside Walmart and there’s only one person working in the whole store. It feels something like that. Having to run every part of a busin3ss can be difficult but it’s a challenge that I’ve learn how to better deal with over time. The worst part of facing challenges in your business is having to stay motivated and sometimes it’s hard but that’s why it’s important to understand your “why.” Your reason for doing what you do. You “why” is what will keep you pushing.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years and a nutrition specialist for 5. I’ve helped so many people reach their fitness goals over the past few years. Though it seems like my job is to help people get in shape( in some ways it is) I like to think that the bigger part of my job is helping to build confidence, self esteem, better habits and a better healthier lifestyle.

My biggest focus right now is growth, expansion and networking. I want to share my life, my knowledge, my energy with a wider range of people. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made towards that goal even though there is so much more to complete.

I’m not sure if there’s “one person” who I wish I could work with. I’m focused on meeting interesting people. Interesting people who are passionate about life. Who are passionate about their talents.
